A Post Call Notification (PCN) allows you, the customer, to keep a record of your every interaction you have with an ATT WIRELESS REPRESENTATIVE.

REQUIREMENTS: An active e-mail address


WHY: If you have a problem and the solution is in writing it will get resolved


 TIP: Keep your pcn e-mail in a completely separate e-mail folder until the issue is 100% resolved
